How the numbers work.
Is there a setup fee?+
Most tenants pay a one-time setup fee that covers data migration, custom template work, and a kickoff workshop. Setup fees are quoted per deal and shown in the signed subscription agreement.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes — annual billing gets a two-month discount across all tiers. Talk to sales for multi-year commitments.
What counts as an 'active worker'?+
Any employee or subcontractor-worker who is on a project assignment, has a timesheet, or has a contract effective in the billing month. Candidates and ex-employees with terminated contracts don't count.
Can we change plans?+
Yes. Upgrade any time; downgrade at the next renewal. You keep all data when you downgrade — modules that aren't part of the lower plan are simply read-only until you upgrade again.
What about Lithuanian VAT-payer status?+
If your tenant is a VAT payer, VAT lines show on Integrora's billing invoices using your default VAT rate. We can also issue zero-VAT invoices for cross-border B2B per EU rules.
