How much manual data entry actually disappears?+
Across our customer base, ~85% of document-driven entry is now auto-parsed: certificates, passports, fuel receipts, supplier invoices, timesheets, payslips, business-trip expenses, rental contracts. The remaining ~15% covers free-form fields and edge cases — Integrora always shows the source document side-by-side with the parsed fields so reviewers can confirm in one keystroke.
How long does implementation take?+
Most operators are running invoicing + timesheets + payroll within three weeks of kickoff. Full module rollout including fleet, procurement and white-label portals usually completes in six to ten weeks. We do the data migration; you supply the historical exports.
Can we migrate from our existing tools?+
Yes. We've migrated from BambooHR, Personio, QuickBooks, Xero, Visma, Rivile, and dozens of bespoke spreadsheets. Our migration team writes a custom importer per source; you review a sample tenant before cutover.
Is the AI optional?+
Yes. The AI parsers are individual modules you can disable per tenant. Data is processed via our AI processing partner under a DPA; we never train on customer data. Manual entry remains an option everywhere — the parsers are a quality-of-life layer, not a hard requirement.
Can workers and clients have their own logins?+
Yes — Employee, Client, Subcontractor and Supplier portals are included in Professional and above. Each is white-labelable with the tenant's logo, subdomain and SMTP — your client sees your brand, not ours.
